Grooming operations at the Chicken Creek ski area have ended for the season.
Recent warm temperatures combined with limited snowpack have resulted in conditions where grooming is no longer viable. Forest closure orders prohibiting hiking on the groomed surface have been lifted until grooming operations resume next winter.
Volunteers maintained safe groomed trails for the Chicken Creek Ski Area this winter.
