Let me tell you why I am voting for Bernie Sanders for president. He has over 20 years of independently voting and his message has been consistent throughout his time in Congress.

I am also voting for Bernie Sanders because he is one of us. He knows we must get corporate money out of politics. I believe this to. Until our government represents all of us, things will not change.

And to do this, corporate money must be taken out of politics. Currently, 165 families contribute to over half of the candidates money raised for the presidential election bid. The average contribution of Bernie’s campaign is $31 dollars. He is not taking money from these families. He is fighting for the middle class and has always fought for the middle class; please check his voting history on this.

Sen. Sanders also has an impeccable record for advocating for the Veterans. He believes in equality for all and has been ahead of most politicians in this regard.

And more importantly, as a mother, I am voting for Bernie Sanders because I know he will fight for a better country for my children. He will stand up when things are not popular. This is a leader to me.
