Last weekend, Ute war veterans organization celebrated their 2015 Pow Wow Day at the ceremonial grounds at the Ute Casino in Towaoc. This year, the veterans also invited Montezuma County Volunteers of Foreign Wars Post 5231, Durango VFW Post 4031, Dove Creek VFW Post 5181 and American Legion Ute Mountain Post 75, and all participated in the closing ceremony.
