Floyd and Linda Cook announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Leigh, to Daniel Brakenhoff, son of Larry and Kathy Brakenhoff of Litchfield, Ill. Chelsea, a 2005 graduate of Dolores County High School, is a petroleum landman for an oil and gas broker. Daniel, a 2003 graduate of Council Gove High School, is a financial analyst for a natural gas company. A June wedding is planned.
