Rep. Scott Tipton, R-Cortez, will return home to host a town hall meeting this week. A spokesperson said he’d answer questions from constituents and give an update on his work on economic growth and job creation. The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3 at the Montezuma County senior services center at 107 N. Chestnut St.

Tipton and his colleagues in the 113th Congress adjourned for a five-week vacation on Aug. 1.
