Sorry; last time I was specific with certain info some one took it a little badly. Remember when way back in the ’90s an officer from CPD was investigated for beating a 14-year-old? Remember when a presiding judge was deported back to Canada for being illegal? That small episode with the stolen police equipment and the tweakers an officer bailed out of jail? Another presiding judge who, according to your paper, brought drugs into her/his own court? The guard who got fired after kicking an inmate in the face while said inmate was having a seizure? I remember he was rehired and it nearly started a riot. Missing evidence going to underage girls for sex? That was in the Journal, too, I think. When a judge’s car was burned in her/his own driveway and she/he didn’t want it investigated?

That’s just off the top of my head. I could ask around for more, but I think I made my point. Some of this town actually has a long memory. Its legal system shouldn’t be hard to change; just show some pride and give it a try. That is what our sheriff is finally doing and I am honestly impressed. Besides. if I really was out to hurt a sheriff, I would have told one’s mom about his tattoo he still hadn’t told her about. I wonder if it’s a kiwi? Certain splinters, if not removed makes the whole area fester. Thank you, Spruell. I know such things are hard on the whole force and community, which is why I hate hearing these things every year.
