On June 23, I held the first annual Cortez Celtic Fair. Thank you, city of Cortez for your professionalism and passion for our community in helping put this very successful event in motion.

I’d like to acknowledge Jon Brooks (special events), Mark Boblitt (parks superintendent), Dean Palmquist (parks and recreation director), Mark Drudge (Cortez Retail Enhancement Association), and the entire parks staff that did an incredible job working to make this a great success.

We’re fortunate to have a team like this that truly cares about our community and showcasing our city.
