The Sunflower Theatre will host an Amuse Bouche Fundraiser Gala at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 18, celebrating the region’s “vibrant, creative spirit.”
It is presented by the Community Radio Project and the Sunflower Theatre. Food will be prepared by Chef Kourtney Morgan and paired with live performances including music, storytelling, comedy and other performing arts.
“With limited seating, Amuse Bouche (meaning ‘to amuse the mouth’) offers an intimate experience where guests are not just spectators, but participants in a carefully crafted evening designed to surprise and delight,” a news release from the theater said.
Seating is limited to about 70 guests. Attendees are encouraged to dress in a fun, welcoming gala style rather than formal black tie.
Tickets cost $50 and include a vegetarian tasting menu, a cocktail or mocktail and the performances. Menu items include gluten and dairy.
Proceeds support the Sunflower Theatre’s mission to provide equitable pay for artists.
