Friday, April 5

9:24 a.m. A deputy took a report for a vehicle break-in at 18000 Road 26.4 in Dolores. A .22 caliber pistol and $204 were taken from the unlocked vehicle.

Saturday, April 13

2 p.m. A deputy took a report of an incident involving the suspicion of introduction of contraband, where an inmate of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., was reported to have been seen on surveillance footage orally ingesting a white crystallized substance that tested positively as meth. Charges are pending.

Thursday, April 18

6:55 p.m. A deputy took a report for a domestic situation in which a woman reported the father of her child performing sexual acts with another woman in front of their child at 1402 N. Mildred Road. Child Protective Services was called to assist in the situation.

Wednesday, April 24

9:52 p.m. A deputy took a report for a possible break-in at 28260 U.S. Highway 160. The deputy after investigating could not validate the information that was given by the reporting parties.

Saturday, April 27

2:39 p.m. A deputy took an incident report for a break-in in the 25000 block of Road L, after a former employee of the business entered an unlocked side door to retrieve his final paycheck after business hours.

Sunday, April 28

9 a.m. A deputy took a report of a dog attack from a man and woman at 25413 Road F. The man reportedly shot at two dogs, hitting one in the leg, who had cornered his wife and her horse on their property. The owner of the dogs was cited with violating resolution 2012-17 for dog not under control.

11:46 a.m. A deputy took a report for a suspected violation of a protection order from a woman in the 14300 block of Road 26.

3:38 p.m. A deputy took a report for a missing camper trailer at 12737 U.S. Highway 491.

Tuesday, April 30

10:19 a.m. A deputy arrested and transported a woman who was remanded by Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St. for assault in the third degree.

11:53 a.m. A deputy took a report for property damage from a woman in the 18000 block of Road 27. A warrant was obtained for her ex-boyfriend on the basis of surveillance footage evidence that showed him breaking into her residence.

3:22 p.m. A deputy cited a man with failure to provide financial responsibility/insurance and drove while license suspended at 2700 U.S. Highway 160.

Wednesday, May 1

3:44 p.m. A woman was arrested on a felony warrant when a deputy responded to a report of a domestic disturbance that had been heard all day between a man and woman at 11092 Road 20. The woman arrested said that it was her time of the month, so she was very emotionally upset and yelling at herself.

Friday, May 3

2:52 p.m. A deputy took a report for a willfully abandoned vehicle that was on the northwest corner of the Pueblo Community College, 33057 U.S. Highway 160 parking lot. The vehicle was towed by Mancos Towing.

10:47 p.m. A deputy took a report for his role in providing cover unit scene safety service for a Colorado State Trooper who was conducting a DUI Investigation at 26980 Colorado Highway 184.

11:45 p.m. A deputy cited a man with drove vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both and open container at the Maverick Country Store, 10223 U.S. Highway 491.

Sunday, May 5

1:35 a.m. A deputy took a report for drug paraphernalia that was located in the jail booking bathroom.
