9:54 a.m. A woman reported fraudulent activity on her personal bank account at 12914 U.S. Highway 491.

Tuesday, Oct. 11

4:54 p.m. A deputy was requested to take a report of a possible protection-order violation regarding a woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, Oct. 12

1:31 p.m. A deputy responded to a report of larceny from a woman for a stolen motorcycle, helmet and an acetylene torch that were recorded being taken from her property at 25567 Road T.5.

Saturday, Oct. 21

3:19 p.m. A man reported a possible larceny on property he manages at 25567 Road T.5.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

12:09 a.m. A woman reported an assault to a deputy while being treated at the hospital from injuries she allegedly received at the hands of her husband at 25567 Road T.5.

4:50 p.m. A deputy reported a mandatory incident report when he was being harassed and filmed by a man in an SUV when he went to get candy for a community police event from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

Saturday, Oct. 28

4:05 p.m. An officer reported to the scene of a single-car crash at 10286 Road 29. The owner requested law enforcement because she needed clearance to get a tow company to move the vehicle to her private property. The driver was her son, who was cited with reckless driving.

5 p.m. A deputy took a report from a man who said he was threatened in the 41000 block of Colorado Highway 184 when two men in a truck were driving too fast down the road, kicking up rock that hit him as they passed. Another deputy made contact with the two men in the truck, they said the man was in the middle of the road waving at them to slow down. When they stopped, the man allegedly threatened them.

Sunday, Oct. 29

5:14 a.m. A deputy took a report for two semitrailer drivers after a collision. One driver accidentally released his truck’s brakes when turning on his heater, causing it to collide into the other truck while its driver slept at the Marathon station, 1 E. Mike Wash Road.

Monday, Oct. 30

4:39 p.m. A deputy served three warrants to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

11:22 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more and reckless driving at 37000 U.S. Highway 160.

11:24 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

2:48 p.m. A deputy responded to a vehicle rollover to assist other agencies in investigating a crash and a suspected DUI at 21000 Colorado Highway 184.

Thursday, Nov. 2

1:41 p.m. A deputy responded to a single-car crash to assist other agencies in investigating a suspected DUI at 29000 Road L.

3:10 p.m. A man was arrested on a felony warrant at 455 N. State St.

11:23 a.m. A deputy served two warrants to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
