3:29 p.m. A man called in to report suspicion of fraud to the Montezuma Sheriff’s Office, 730 E. Driscoll St., when he received a bill from a university saying that he owed them money.

Monday, Oct. 23

4:26 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant and remanded to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

9:21 p.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

1:09 a.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order to abstain from the possession/consumption of alcohol/controlled substances and for suspicion of violating a domestic violence restraining order at 21875 Road V.

1:48 p.m. A deputy transported a man who turned himself in for a warrant, from the Montezuma County Combined Court, 865 N. Park St., to be remanded to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3:44 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at 17241 Road 24.

4:41 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County Combined Court, 865 N. Park St. and remanded to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center at 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:28 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:59 a.m. A woman was arrested at the Montezuma County Combined Court, 865 N. Park St. on a warrant and remanded to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

10:57 a.m. A man was arrested on three warrants at 13501 Road 40.
