Wednesday, Sept. 2

3:01 p.m. A woman who allegedly threw an object at another woman and shook her was cited with assault. Both women were in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., at the time of the incident.

Friday, Sept. 6

1:46 p.m. A man and a woman at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., were remanded in to custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on contempt of court.

Saturday Sept. 7

11:02 p.m. A man in the 700 block of South Broadway was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Wednesday, Sept. 13

8:04 p.m. A woman in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., allegedly hit a deputy in the face and pulled the deputy’s hair. The woman was cited with assault.

Friday, Sept. 15

1:19 p.m. A man returning to his home in the 29000 block of Road L found the gate to his property was missing.

Monday, Sept. 18

6:58 p.m. A deputy served three warrants to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

7:27 a.m. A man outside the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., was arrested on a warrant.

9:42 a.m. A man turned himself over to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on two warrants.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

12:17 a.m. A woman in the 27000 block of Road T was pulled over by a deputy and arrested by a Colorado State Trooper on suspicion of DUI.

3:37 p.m. A man turned himself over to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant.

Friday, Sept. 22

9:26 a.m. A woman in the 19800 block of Road U. 6 was arrested on a warrant.

11:18 a.m. A woman at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was remanded into custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant.

12:26 p.m. A woman in the 21000 block of Road G was arrested on a warrant.

8:48 p.m. Denver Air Route Traffic Control alerted a deputy that an aircraft had been illuminated by a green laser while flying over Montezuma County.
