3:24 p.m. Two dogs injured two sheep and killed two chickens in the 28800 block of U.S. Highway 160.

Thursday, Aug. 10

1:27 p.m. A woman reported that items were missing from the home of her late parents in the 22400 block of Road D and requested patrols in the area. Among the missing items were yard tools, a camper and a pickup truck.

Monday, Aug. 14

9:29 a.m. A man in the 6000 block of U.S. Highway 160 noticed his car was missing the two front wheels.

Saturday, Aug. 26

1:33 p.m. A man at Joe Rowell Park in Dolores, 101 Railroad Ave., was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of violating a protection order. The man allegedly had attempted to hit his mother’s ex-boyfriend with a car in the 1300 block of Railroad Avenue.

Friday, Sept. 1

3:45 p.m. A woman driving a vehicle in the 25000 block of Road H who nearly hit a patrol vehicle head on was pulled over and cited with summons on suspicion of driving under restraint, driving without insurance, possessing fictitious plates and reckless driving. The vehicle was taken into custody of the Sheriff’s Office. The key provided by the woman for the vehicle was a flat-head screwdriver.

Monday, Sept. 4

11:56 a.m. A man riding a bicycle in the 25000 block of Road N was hit by a dog, which dented one of the bike rims.

1:01 p.m. A man in the 200 block of Central Avenue in Dolores was arrested on suspicion of violating two protection orders.
