I have a court case in Cortez, and I don’t think I am being treated fairly because I can’t afford an attorney, and the public defender I was given will not help me explain to the court that I am having undue hardships.

I wasn’t allowed to return home to Las Vegas, Nev., for 11 days after posting bond, which resulted in my being broke and without a job when I finally got home.

I could not afford to pay for weekly drug tests, and now I have a warrant and I am having to write my own motion to modify bond.
