School board ‘has gone rogue’

The Montezuma-Cortez School Board canceled a meeting where it planned to "re-create" a secret meeting they held previously to ask Superintendent Risha VanderWey to resign. No recording of that meeting announced Jan 18 to discuss "personnel matters" regarding the superintendent's evaluation was available. A recording of that meeting was lost due to "technical issues beyond control."

This is the biggest pile of bull excrement I've read since former President Nixon misplaced 18 minutes of a crucial tape in the Watergate investigation. Does the attorney general of the state of Colorado not see that a school board in the state has gone rogue and is not following laws set forth by our state Constitution? Intervene and intervene now!
