Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, recently named Best Staycation Spot 2025 by readers of Albuquerque the Magazine, is offering New Mexico residents discounted meals at its on-site restaurants through February, according to a news release.
Through the end of the month, residents can receive 20% off breakfast or lunch at Santa Ana Café and 20% off dinner at the Rio Grande Lounge.
“Dining at Tamaya begins with local ingredients,” said Nate Larsen, executive chef at Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa. “From produce harvested from our garden to Southwestern-inspired recipes, our menus reflect the flavors of New Mexico.”
Santa Ana Café, open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., serves breakfast and lunch with regionally influenced American fare, including New Mexican classics, along with vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Guests may dine indoors or on a covered patio overlooking Tuyuna Mesa. Menu items feature seasonal ingredients and regional staples such as red and green chile, enchiladas, tamales, tortillas and pine nuts.
The Rio Grande Lounge, open daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., offers indoor seating and patio views of the Sandia Mountains. The menu includes shared plates and entrées that blend New Mexican flavors with American comfort food.
The resort also offers preferred room rates for New Mexico residents for Sunday through Thursday stays. Guests must present a valid state ID at check-in and use offer code LOCAL.
