The Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado’s deputy director, Brian Rose, has been elected to the Economic Development Council of Colorado’s board of directors.

Rose has been with Region 9 for five years and has served on the Events and Programming Committee for the past two years. The EDCC seeks to grow the knowledge and skills of economic development professionals across the state. Rose will join the 20-member board beginning in January for a three-year term.
