I disagree with your comments and praise for Ellen Roberts (Journal, Oct. 25.)

Though I’m sure she did a great job, she knew going into it when she ran for office.

It’s very self-serving, and unprofessional to resign this elected job, unless it was for health reasons.

Resigning her post is an insult to Women that work hard to make progress in the political world, and the people that voted for her.

I am very disappointed in her actions.
