6:46 p.m.: An officer responded to Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road, for reports of a man causing a disturbance outside, knocking over trash cans and disrupting staff. The man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
10:39 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., for a woman allegedly harassing customers and acting erratically. She was arrested on a warrant.
12:04 p.m.: An officer responded to the Cortez Police Department, 608 N. Park St., for a man and woman who reportedly fought while driving. The woman had a cut above her eye and the man allegedly admitted to striking her. He was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.
4:19 p.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., for reported shoplifting of $159.80 in art supplies. The man and woman fled after being confronted by a Walmart employee. Summons were prepared on suspicion of theft and trespassing.
5:32 p.m.: An officer responded to Cozy Inn, 440 S. Broadway, for a woman allegedly throwing a bottle at a man during an argument, striking his arm. She was arrested on suspicion of harassment and domestic violence.
9:15 p.m.: An officer responded to Oak Meadows Trailer Park, 405 W. Seventh St., for a man allegedly threatening a resident with a bar and damaging a vehicle. He resisted arrest and was subdued with pepper spray. He was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing, criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
12:39 a.m.: An officer responded to Speedway, 921 E. Main St., for a man laying on the sidewalk, likely wet from the sprinklers. He was arrested on a warrant.
11:12 a.m.: An officer responded to a REDDI report near 2100 N. Dolores Rd. for a man driving erratically and allegedly violating a protection order that states he shall not possess or consume alcohol. After refusing tests, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI, protection order violation, careless driving, driving under restraint, open alcoholic beverage container – motor vehicle and failed to drive in a single lane (weaving). His blood was drawn after obtaining a warrant.
1:43 p.m.: An officer responded to a residence on Elm Street for allegedly causing damage to an AC unit. He was arrested nearby on warrants and issued a summons for property damage.
11:49 p.m.: An officer stopped a man driving 48 mph in a 35 mph zone near 1500 E. Main St. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding 10-19 mph over the posted speed limit.
1:24 a.m.: An officer responded to Burger King, 520 W. Main St., for a woman reporting being strangled twice by a man violating a restraining order. The woman was located at Sonic, 436 S. Broadway. The man was not located, and the woman was provided with resources for her safety.
7:35 a.m.: An officer responded to the Welcome Center, 928 E. Main St., for a welfare check on a woman sleeping on a bench. The woman was arrested on warrants.
11:09 a.m.: An officer responded to Safeway, 1580 E. Main St., for reports of a man threatening another with a knife and stabbing a car tire twice. The first man was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing, criminal mischief and unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon. The other man, whose tire was stabbed, was arrested on a warrant.
6:14 p.m.: An officer responded to Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., for a man trespassing despite a ban. He was issued a summons for trespassing.
6:43 p.m.: An officer responded to McDonald’s, 1322 E. Main St., for reports of a woman striking a man during an argument in the drive-thru. The woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI, harassment and domestic violence.
3:42 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., for a man allegedly violating a protection order that states he shall not possess or consume alcohol. He was arrested on suspicion of a protection order violation.
6:37 p.m.: An officer responded to Econo Lodge, 2020 E. Main St., for a woman allegedly assaulting a staff member and resisting trespass orders. She said the staff member had assaulted her. She was arrested on suspicion of trespassing after refusing to leave the property.
9:18 p.m.: An officer responded to Say Yes Bridal & Boutique, 209 E. Main St., for graffiti damage to Say Yes Bridal and The Abundant Life Food Store. A man was issued a summons for suspected criminal mischief.
3 p.m.: An officer responded to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., for a man with three warrants. The man was arrested.

9:53 p.m.: An officer responded to Front Row Seat, 610 E. Main St., for two men reported to be fighting. One fled but was located, ran again briefly and was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order, obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
