7:48 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Health Department, 106 W. North St., where a man previously trespassed from the property was found lying outside. He was issued a citation for trespassing and advised to seek assistance from the Pinon Project.
9:54 a.m.: Officers responded to a residence on Oak Street for a trespassing complaint. Two men were contacted; one was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia after a search revealed suspected narcotics and a flare gun. The other was issued a trespass notice.
3:38 p.m.: A detective served three warrants to a man at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., including charges of intimidation of a victim and harassment.
12:07 a.m.: Officers responded to a residence on South Linden Street for a domestic disturbance. A woman reported being assaulted by her boyfriend, who was later arrested on suspicion of assault on a peace officer, third-degree assault, domestic violence, criminal mischief and obstruction of a telephone service.
9:01 a.m.: An officer observed three men previously trespassed from Front Row Seat, 610 E. Main St., and issued them citations for trespassing.
9:20 a.m.: A man with a warrant for failure to appear on fraud charges was arrested behind La Casita, 332 E. Main St.
9:46 a.m.: A man turned himself in at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant.
1:17 p.m.: An officer observed a man suspected of public urination at Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St. The man was found to have a warrant and was arrested.
4:52 p.m.: A man was served a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
5:26 p.m.: A man was cited for criminal trespass after being found inside a vehicle at Cortez Fire Station 1, 31 N. Washington St. He claimed he thought the vehicle belonged to a friend.
12:13 a.m.: A man in a wheelchair previously trespassed from Speedway, 921 E. Main St., was cited for trespassing and theft after allegedly taking gloves and sunglasses. He refused to sign the citation and later fell from his wheelchair.
6:54 p.m.: A man with a warrant for shoplifting was arrested at Mildred Road and East Main Street.
4:29 p.m.: Officers responded to Burger Boy, 400 E. Main Street, for a disturbance involving two intoxicated men. One was issued a summons for an open container; the other was arrested on a warrant. The second man was banned from Burger Boy and allegedly used foul language toward officers repeatedly and acted aggressively toward police and hospital staff0.
2:29 p.m.: Animal Control responded to a residence on South Madison Street, for a dog at large. The owner was issued a citation due to repeated incidents.
6:15 p.m.: A man was arrested at the Duck Pond, 515 N. Mildred Road, on suspicion of menacing and disorderly conduct after allegedly threatening parkgoers.
9:04 p.m.: A man previously banned from Ertel Funeral Home, 42 N. Market St., was issued a summons after being found on the property.
