12:50 p.m.: An officer observed a man drinking from a vodka bottle in the parking lot of Liquid Assets Liquor Store, 718 E. Main St. One man was issued a citation for open container, and the other man was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of possessing an open container and trespassing. He was later issued a citation for unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon (ax) and third-degree criminal trespass.
1:47 p.m.: An officer responded to Speedway, 921 E. Main St., for a shoplifting incident, but did not locate the woman. Later that evening, she was located and issued a citation on suspicion of shoplifting and trespassing.
6:08 p.m.: An officer responded to 1107 S. Chestnut St. for a disturbance involving multiple parties and an incident with a dog. One man was issued a citation on suspicion of disturbing the peace, and the other was issued a citation on suspicion of disturbing the peace and dog at large.

The man showed signs of intoxication, refused roadside maneuvers, and was found with open alcohol containers and a THC dab pen. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance, driving with a revoked license, and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
