Thursday, April 24 ​

2:51 p.m.: An officer served a warrant to a woman at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

6:33 p.m.: An officer responded to Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St., regarding a man previously banned from the location. The man was issued a citation for trespassing. ​

6:44 p.m.: An officer responded to 27 N. Beech St. for a disturbance involving a man behaving aggressively toward firefighters. The man was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and interfering with a firefighter.

9:31 p.m.: An officer responded to 613 E. Third St. for a threat involving a man allegedly violating two restraining orders. The man was arrested on suspicion of violating these protection orders.

10:55 p.m.: An officer responded to a call involving an intoxicated pedestrian on West Third Street. A man was reported to have urinated on a fence and was later found yelling in the area. ​He was arrested on suspicion of violating bond conditions that prohibit alcohol consumption.

11:36 p.m.: Officers responded to Blondie’s Trophy Room, 45 E. Main St., regarding a disturbance involving two men, one of whom allegedly flashed a firearm. ​One man was verbally aggressive and resisted a pat-down. ​No firearm was found on him, but he was arrested on suspicion of obstruction of a peace officer, as was the other man present. ​A woman was also arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order. . ​

Friday, April 25 ​

8:42 a.m.: Officers responded to Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St., for a disturbance involving a woman allegedly threatening others with a knife. ​The woman had also allegedly threatened to kill two other individuals. The woman was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing and banned from the Pinon Project. ​

11:22 a.m.: An officer responded to Oak Meadows Trailer Park, 405 W. Seventh St., for a warrant service on a man allegedly wanted for sexual assault, sexual conduct and possession of a weapon by a previous offender. .

12:19 p.m.: An officer responded to Safeway, 1580 E. Main St., for a fight involving multiple individuals. ​One man was issued a citation for third-degree assault, and the other for disorderly conduct.

2:28 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., to arrest a man on a warrant.

3:28 p.m.: An officer responded to JC Pets, 24 N. Madison St., regarding a man who was previously banned from the property. He was issued a citation for trespassing. ​

4:24 p.m.: Officers responded to Parque de Vida, 400 N. Mildred Road., for a fight involving two men and a woman. One man was arrested for providing false identification and alcohol possession in a park. A woman was also arrested on suspicion of open container and possession of alcohol in the park.

5:14 p.m.: A man was issued a summons for trespassing after being located at Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St., where he is banned.

7:21 p.m.: An officer arrested a man on a warrant at the intersection of South Ash Street and East Second Street.

Saturday, April 26 ​

8:08 p.m.: An officer was flagged down by children at Parque De Vida, 400 N. Mildred Rd., who told him a man had yelled in their direction. The man was found to have a knife, and was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace, having an open container in a public space and possession of alcohol in the park.

9:24 a.m.: An officer issued a man a citation for for property damage and banned him from the Retro Inn, 2040 E. Main St., for allegedly damaging a sprinkler by repeatedly kicking it.

Sunday, April 27 ​

12:45 p.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., regarding a man previously banned from the property. The man was issued a summons for trespassing.

1:30 p.m.: Officers responded to U.S. Highway 160 and Road B for a DUI investigation after receiving a call regarding a man unable to maintain his lane. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI. ​

9:20 p.m.: Officers responded to Gustavo’s Mexican Restaurant and Bar, 125 E. Main St., and arrested a man on a warrant.

Monday, April 28

1:47 p.m.: Officers contacted a woman on South Oak Street and arrested her on a warrant. ​

4:54 p.m.: An officer arrested a woman near Speedway, 921 E. Main St., on a warrant.

11:34 p.m.: Officers responded to a disturbance involving a potential firearm discharge at Rust Trailer Park, 621 N. Elm St. A handgun with green paint on the handle, an AR-15-style rifle with a defaced serial number, suspected meth and drug paraphernalia were found during a search of a vehicle leaving the area. A man was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, April 29 ​

10:48 a.m.: A man was served a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, April 30 ​

10:22 a.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., regarding man allegedly consuming alcohol on the property. ​ He was issued a citation for open container and banned from the location, along with the others he was with.

1:43 p.m.: An officer responded to Dolores State Bank, 744 E. Main St., regarding a man allegedly yelling at vehicles and threatening another man with racial slurs. The man was arrested on suspicion of harassment and bias-motivated crimes. ​

5:53 p.m.: A man was arrested at North Harrison Street and East Montezuma Avenue on a warrant.

9:22 p.m.: An officer responded to Days Inn, 2604 E. Main St., regarding a man refusing to leave the property. ​The man was issued a summons for trespassing.​
