Thursday, Feb. 1

11:36 p.m. An officer cited a woman with cruelty to animals and maintenance of animals that disturb the peace, and the woman also was served with cost of care responsibilities from a reported animal problem at the Aneth Lodge, 645 E. Main St. The dog was reported to have been barking for hours, at which time the reporting officer removed it from a feces-covered crate and took it to the animal shelter.

2:34 p.m. An officer took a report for a cold traffic collision at the Dollar Tree, 215 S. Sligo St.

6:09 p.m. An man was arrested on suspicion of violating an alcohol-protection order and third-degree trespass at the Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St.

9:15 p.m. An officer cited a woman with trespassing at the White Eagle Inn, 2110 S. Broadway.

Friday, Feb. 2

4:23 p.m. An officer took a report for a stolen phone at Lotsa Pasta, 439 E. Main St.

5:27 p.m. A woman was arrested at Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., on suspicion of violating a protection order that states she must not consume or possess alcohol or controlled substances.

9:26 p.m. A man was arrested on two warrants in the 10 block of S. Elm St.

10:58 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of N. Ash St.

11:05 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of S. Broadway.

Saturday, Feb. 3

2:46 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order at the Aneth Lodge, 645 E. Main St.

9:35 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of violating a protection order that states he shall not consume or possess alcohol or controlled substances. The man was also cited with unlawful distribution of less than 4 grams of Fentanyl, unlawful possession of Fentanyl, possession of weapons as previous offender, protection order violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, weaving, failing to use turn signals, and vehicle number plate not clearly legible at 1800 E. Main St.

Sunday, Feb. 4

3:41 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order that states he shall not consume or possess alcohol at Plaza Laundry, 1419 E. Main St. He also was cited with trespassing at Big R, 1319 E. Main St.

7:46 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of a third-degree assault in the 10 block of Lakeside Drive.

Monday, Feb. 5

8:44 a.m. An officer took a report for larceny in the 500 block of Linden St. items reported stolen from a vehicle include a fixed blade knife, cash and a pistol, a serial number for the weapon was also provided.

3:23 p.m. An officer took a report of larceny from a vehicle in the 200 block of S. Madison St.

7:09 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a restraining order at the Aneth Lodge, 645 E. Main St.

8:05 p.m. A man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant at Front Row Seat, 610 E. Main St.

Tuesday, Feb. 6

12 a.m. A man was arrested for trespassing at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

5:54 a.m. An officer took a report and received surveillance of the theft of two cases of beer at the Maverick Country Store, 455 N. State St.

12:39 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant and cited with second-degree burglary for suspicion of covering regular-priced item bar codes with discounted sale-item bar codes at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

1:30 p.m. A man turned himself over to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant.

Wednesday, Feb. 7

12:52 p.m. An officer served four warrants to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

7:20 p.m. A man turned himself over to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., for violating his protection order that states he shall not possess or consume alcohol.

9:04 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a trespass order at The Bridge Emergency Shelter, 735 N. Park St.

Thursday, Feb. 8

12:20 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a trespass order at City Market, 508 E. Main St.
