Thursday, Aug. 24

6:38 a.m. An alarm was triggered at Johnson Physical Therapy, 1250 N. Mildred Road, by a vehicle ramming the front doors. According to the report, officers believed the destruction seemed intentional.

7:45 a.m. A man took a table and tires from a shed in the 800 block of South Broadway and put them in his vehicle. The man was stopped before he left the property and was cited with trespassing, theft and burglary.

8:04 a.m. A man in the 1300 bock of Melrose Street was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

10:56 a.m. A man at Montezuma Park, 15 W. Montezuma Ave., was cited with possessing alcohol in a park and possessing an open container.

12:30 p.m. An officer served two warrants to one man and one warrant to another man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1 p.m. A man released from the Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road, was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

2:02 p.m. A man and woman at Montezuma Park, 15 W. Montezuma Ave., were cited with possessing alcohol in the park. The woman was also cited with trespassing, and the man was served an additional summons on suspicion of violating bond conditions.

2:35 p.m. A woman in the 100 block of North Adams Street was arrested on suspicion of assault and violating protection order. The woman had allegedly attacked a man at Montezuma Park, 15 W. Montezuma Ave.

3:50 p.m. A man at City Market, 508 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

4:42 p.m. A man who allegedly choked a man at Cork-N-Bottle, 443 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of assaulting peace officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer.

7:45 p.m. A man in the 800 block of East Montezuma Avenue was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

8:26 p.m. A woman in the Dolores State Bank parking lot, 744 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of DUI and driving without proof of insurance.

Friday, Aug. 25

8:44 a.m. A man in the 500 block of West Main Street was arrested on a warrant and was cited with suspicion of resisting arrest.

11:41 a.m. A woman in the 200 block of West Third Street noticed her sunglasses and bag of change were missing from her car.

11:58 a.m. A man who took food without paying from Subway, 1835 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of theft and a warrant.

12:27 a.m. A man noticed his revolver was missing from his car in the 200 block of East Seventh Street.

1:44 p.m. A woman provided footage of a man taking things from her car at 2 a.m. in the 200 block of South Linden Street. The man took an estimated $250 worth of medical equipment.

2:37 p.m. A woman at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., was cited with theft.

4:30 p.m. A man in the 400 block of North Mildred Road was arrested on five warrants and was cited with resisting arrest, obstruction and violating a protection order.

5:47 p.m. A woman reported that at the Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., a window on her vehicle was broken in the past two weeks.

7:02 p.m. A woman noticed her wallet was gone from her vehicle in the 700 block of East Fourth Street.

7:56 p.m. A man hit a man multiple times at Liquid Assets, 718 E. Main St., and was arrested in the 500 block of North Silgo Street on suspicion of violating a protection order and assault.

Saturday, Aug. 26

12:34 p.m. A man was chased from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., was chased on foot and was arrested in the 2000 block of East Main Street on multiple warrants.

3:53 p.m. A woman found the back window of her vehicle in the 700 block of Aspen Drive was smashed out and she believed her ex-boyfriend to have smashed it.

5:59 p.m. A man riding a motorcycle was pulled over in the lower 100 block of East Seventh Street for expired tags. The man was cited with driving an uninsured vehicle, driving a motorcycle with a motorcycle license and violating restriction of a learner’s permit.

6:12 p.m. A man in the 1200 block of North Mildred Road was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

8:26 p.m. During a traffic stop in the 700 block of Cherry Street, the woman who was a passenger in the vehicle was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday, Aug. 27

12:13 a.m. A man who drove off the roadway and rolled over in the 1000 block of South Broadway was arrested on suspicion of DUI, prohibited use of a firearm, reckless driving and possessing an open alcohol container in a vehicle.

4:12 p.m. Two men in a physical fight at Veterans Park, 802 E. Main St., were arrested. One man was cited with violating two protection orders and disorderly conduct, and the other man was cited with trespassing and disturbing the peace.

4:26 p.m. A woman found a ring at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., and turned it over to an officer as found property.

5:34 p.m. A woman took her housemate’s car without permission from their residence in the 1300 block of Mesa Verde Street. An officer found the car in the 700 block of Stratton Drive and alerted the woman who owned the vehicle.

10:30 p.m. A man riding a bike in the 100 block of East Main Street was pulled over by an officer to be served a trespass order. The man did not immediately stop but instead rode to his home in the 200 block of West Main Street before the officer grappled the man. The man was issued the trespass notice and summons on suspicion of riding without lamps on a bicycle, riding a bicycle on a sidewalk and obstruction.

Monday, Aug. 28

12:57 a.m. A man who initiated a physical fight with a woman at their residence in the 600 block of East Second Street was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, criminal mischief and harassment.
