Thursday, March 24

11:11 a.m. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he was pulled over for speeding in the 1000 block of North Broadway.

12:17 p.m. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the lower 100 block of West Montezuma Avenue.

2:30 p.m. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he was pulled over for having expired license plates in the 500 block of West Main Street. He was issued summons for driving uninsured, driving without a license and driving with expired plates.

3:16 p.m. A woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

Friday, March 25

2:42 p.m. A male inmate was served a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3:07 p.m. A woman reported at that someone hit her car and ran in the lower 100 block of West North Street. An officer was attempting to obtain surveillance footage of the incident.

8:38 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at the Quality Inn, 1120 E. Main St.

10:47 p.m. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he was pulled over for speeding in the 700 block of North Broadway.

11:58 p.m. A man was arrested for drunken driving after he was pulled over for driving suspiciously in the 500 block of East Third Street. He was issued summonses for drinking and driving, driving without a license and insurance, and displaying fictitious plates, then released.

Saturday, March 26

8:21 p.m. An intoxicated woman was arrested on four outstanding warrants after she was reportedly involved in a shoplifting incident at Dollar Tree, 215 S. Sligo St. She also was cited for violating an order against drinking alcohol.

9:45 p.m. A woman was trespassed from City Market, 506 E. Main St., and issued a summons for criminal mischief after video surveillance showed her kicking kiosks and throwing rocks at windows.

Sunday, March 27

6:03 p.m. A homeowner reported that someone damaged his residence, which was under construction, in the 500 block of West Sixth Street.

8:20 p.m. A woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was pulled over for failing to maintain a lane in the 800 block of West Seventh Street. She was issued summons and released.

Monday, March 28

10:04 a.m. A man was issued a citation for unlawful public trespass after he was reported for sleeping on City Market property, 508 E. Main St. He eventually agreed to receive a courtesy ride to his sisters house.

2:23 p.m. A woman reported that her wallet was stolen at Axis Health, 691 E. Empire St. There were no leads.

4:03 p.m. A man reported that someone shot a BB gun at the windows of Top Line Floors, 112 S. Market St., causing damages estimated at $1,000. There were no leads.

9:53 p.m. A man who was issued a citation for unlawful public trespass earlier on March 28 was again reported for sleeping on City Market property, 508 E. Main St. This time, he was cited for having an open container and littering.

Tuesday, March 29

1:42 a.m. A man was arrested after running from an officer in the 400 block of West Seventh Street. The man was served outstanding warrants and was issued summons for obstructing a peace officer and displaying fictitious/stolen plates.

8:20 a.m. A man reported that his car windows had been shot with a BB gun in the 500 block of South Ash Street, causing estimated damages of $1,611. There were no leads.

1:24 p.m. A man reported that his car windows had been shot with a BB gun in the 500 block of South Ash Street, causing estimated damages of $1,000. There were no leads.

2:45 p.m. A man was served an outstanding warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, March 30

2:50 a.m. An officer transported dogs to a shelter after a neighbor reported them for constantly barking in the lower 100 block of West Andrew Lane. The dogs’ owners were out of town, and the officer determined the dogs health to be in danger because of weather conditions.

9:08 a.m. A man was served a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

6:37 p.m. A man who was cited for unlawful public trespass, littering and having an open container at City Market on March 28, was reported for sleeping at Renew, 1020 N. Mildred Road. He was issued a citation for loitering.
