Jason Hampton-Foutz is The Montezuma County VFW Post 5231 Patriot Pen Essay Contest winner. This year’s theme was “What Patriotism means to me.” Jason received a $125 check from the Montezuma County VFW post. He also received a $100 check from the Ladies Auxillary Post 5231.
