Brandon Morton, formerly of Cortez, and Jennifer Parton of Indianapolis, Ind., are proud to announce the birth of their son, Matthew James Morton. Matthew arrived June 30, 2013, in Danville, Ind., weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measuring 20 inches long. He joins big brother Gabriel and big sister Maicee Morton. Matthew has one great-great-grandmother, Shirley Desatnick, plus great-grandmother Roxanne Coleman and great-grandparents April and Roger Provencal. Grandparents include Jason and Shannon Morton, Rodney and Mechelle Partin, all of Indiana. Great-grandparents Manson and Romana Merritt of Cortez and grandmother Rhonda Scott, formerly of Cortez and now living in Arizona, all welcome the new bundle of joy.
