A new Mexican restaurant called Lindo Michoacan has opened in Dolores and is ready to serve its food to patrons from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

One of the restaurant’s owners, Marie Arias, said the restaurant officially opened on Nov. 8, although it has been in the works for quite some time.

“We’ve been working on this for a long while,” she said.

The bar and family restaurant is at 104 S. Second St. in Dolores and also offers outdoor seating when the weather is warm enough.

The menu includes various options for patrons. Breakfast options include huevos rancheros, huevos mexicanos and huevos chorizo, among other dishes.

The children’s menu offers a corn dog and fries, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, enchiladas, beef tacos and beef and cheese burritos.

Other items offered include fajitas, burritos, carne asada, chile verde, pollo chipotle, seafood dishes, chimichangas, salads, enchiladas, tacos and tortas.

They also have dinner-for-two options.
