Two spine surgeons will present “Back and Neck Pain Explained,” a free presentation hosted by Mercy Regional Medical Center’s Spine Center of Excellence, on Sept. 11.
Drs. Jim Youssef and Doug Orndorff will explain the causes of pain, numbness and weakness of the lower back, neck, arms and legs that are associated with degenerative changes in the upper and lower spine. They will also discuss treatment options and innovative procedures that can provide relief, and address attendees’ questions.
The community presentation will be held at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 11, at Mercy Sports Medicine, 327 S. Camino Del Rio.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served during a 30-minute reception before the presentation begins.
