Mancos Days festival organizers are asking the public for donations for prizes for kids day events taking place on the first day of the festival.

Mancos Days takes place from July 28-30 in downtown Mancos.

Donations will be used as prizes for the top three participants in the kids parade, but organizers would like to give small gifts to all parade participants.

There are four different age groups and about 10 different games for kids at the festival. Organizers are hope to give prizes for the top three participants in those games.

All donations will be used for kids day at Mancos Days. Donors will get recognition before and during the festival on the event website, social media and festival posters.
