Author Katayoun Medhat will visit Cortez 6 p.m. Oct. 25 at Cortez Public Library, 202. N. Park St.
Medhat will present the second book in her Milagro Mysteries series, “Lacandon Dreams.” Her first book, “The Quality of Mercy,” earned high praise as “the literary cousin of Tony and Anne Hillerman.”
Books will be available for sale and for signing.
