The article said that this is the third time this proposal has been presented by the Dolores school system, yet the article said that there is no cost estimate.

I would think that if this has been proposed twice before, there would be some estimate of the cost. I believe that if they want to get the interested parties on board, they should provide an estimate, regardless of high it may be, as soon as possible before they start forming committees and expending any funds.

As has happened with other projects in the county when the cost estimates come in, they are way more than what was expected.
