We have a good thing going in Mancos. It is our library. From the point of view of the Mancos Valley Historical Society, it is part of our organizational prosperity.

Our group regularly uses the meeting rooms for meetings and speakers. Our files of historical photos are managed by the library staff. We would use the book and computer resources for historical research.

It is unthinkable that our town would lose its library, or even that staff, programs, and updates would be reduced.
