Mancos School Garden Coordinator Erin Bohm picks spinach at the garden. Volunteers can donate their time weeding on Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. in exchange for produce and garden information. The garden is set up mostly for spring and fall harvests when the children are in school, but also has produce throughout the summer.
