Amy Lichliter celebrated her May 17, 2014, graduation by participating in the spring ceremony at the University of Colorado Denver. She graduated with a Master of Arts in political science with an emphasis in politics and public policy. Amy received the Outstanding Graduate Study award for her Masters Project from the Colorado City & County Management Association at the Colorado Municipal League Conference in Breckenridge on June 20th, 2014. Amy is a 2006 graduate of Montezuma-Cortez High School, and graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Fort Lewis College in 2010. She is the daughter of Troy and Lyn Lichliter of Cortez.
