Grace’s Kitchen will celebrate its 25th anniversary from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, June 10 in Montezuma Park in Cortez, 3 W. Montezuma Ave.

It’s free, and all are welcome.

Enjoy Navajo Tacos by chef Sylvia Clahchischilli and music, and learn about the work of Grace’s Kitchen. Attendees are invited to bring blankets, chairs and nonalcoholic beverages. Grace’s Kitchen serves three lunches per week: from 12-1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a sack lunch on Saturdays from 12-12:30 p.m.

All are welcome to pick up a meal, without reservation or requirement.

Grace’s Kitchen was started in 1998 when members of St. Barnabas of the Valley Episcopal Church found that local meal options were not filling the community need. Since its founding, Grace’s Kitchen estimates it has served more that 246,000 free meals.
