I want to express my appreciation and complete satisfaction to the Ertel Funeral Home for the wonderful experience concerning the death and Aug. 20 funeral of my mother, Shirley Diederich.

My father and I dreaded going to arrange the funeral a few months ago, but were surprised at how pleasant and fulfilling the experience was. We had heard rumors about exorbitant prices, but that was not true. The funeral and internment could not have been more beautiful and well managed.

My family and I cannot express our high level of gratitude for Ertel’s professional and caring attitude, and amazing staff members. Their hard work and compassion made our loss easier to bear.
