For Pets’ Sake Humane Society will host a drive-up, low-cost dog and cat vaccination clinic from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 7 at Housing Authority Warehouse, 25 E. Second St., Cortez. Access is from South Ash Street behind the Calkins Building.

Dr. Michelle Schmidt will offer dog and cat vaccine packages for $48. Packages include rabies, distemper, parvo for dogs, leukemia for cats and more. Packages without rabies are $35 and rabies alone is $17. Dogs must be on leashes and cats in carriers. People must wear masks.

A portion of the cost of each package will be donated to For Pets’ Sake. Exact change is appreciated. Checks are accepted, but credit/debit cards are not accepted. For more information, call 565-PETS/7387.
