Fire and ice for Parade of Lights

Fire and ice fill the air as the Chrome Mafia float passes by judges Saturday in the Parade of Lights. The Chrome Mafia float won first place among commercial entries. Re-1 Transportation won first place among nonprofits, and Kemper Elementary School won first place in the “Other” category.
