Fidelity National Financial Inc., a provider of title and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries, has acquired San Juan County Abstract & Title Co. in Farmington.

Established in 1946, San Juan Title is one of the largest and oldest independent agents in New Mexico. It provides title examination, title plant, abstract, and settlement services for residential, commercial, farm and ranch sales, and energy projects in San Juan County.

San Juan is a perfect fit for FNF and further expands our footprint and market leadership in the state of New Mexico.”

Payne and his team at San Juan Title will continue to service local and regional customers from their office in downtown Farmington.
