The family of Orren Simmons would like to thank all who joined in to celebrate his life on June 24 at the Arriola Community Center.

We were truly grateful for all warm expressions of sympathy through beautiful cards, prayers, all the loving hugs, and fond memories shared by friends and family. Many traveled great distances, for which we were thankful.

Thank you, Frank Green, for conducting a beautiful and most appropriate service — also Billy Cooper for providing the music.

Thank you for the wonderful barbecued beef/pork and grilled hamburgers, contributed by Clint and Sherry Simmons, Sharon Schraak, Jim Honaker and Sandra, as well as the many delicious potluck dishes by friends and neighbors for the celebration.

A big thanks to all our children, grandchildren and kind neighbors for their willing and helpful hands in organizing and cleaning duties.

Special thanks go out to Chan Chaffin and all members of the Arriola Community Center for allowing our family the use of such a perfect facility.
