Fabric artist Karen Sizelove-Murphy has joined the Artisans of Mancos gallery. An artist reception is planned March 18.
Fabric artist Karen Sizelove-Murphy will join the Artisans of Mancos gallery this month.
Sizelove-Murphy creates repurposed hats out of used sweaters, polar tech jackets and faux furs. An artist reception will take place from 1-4 p.m. March 18 at the gallery at 101 Grand Ave. in downtown Mancos.
Sizelove-Murphy created Attitude of Gratitude Fabric Art in 2016 after she married her husband Harris D. Murphy and moved to Colorado.
Sizelove-Murphy’s hats and other wearable items are available at Artisans of Mancos and Two Old Crows Gallery in Pagosa Springs.
