I’m sure none of us are real thrilled about restrictions to our water usage. Most of us aren't thrilled about seeing dry river and lakebeds either. The Durango City Council needs to impose outside water usage guidelines in order for Durango to responsibly conserve our water. Times for lawn watering aren't overly restrictive and are easy to comply with as other outside water uses would be. Maybe the Council could do something constructive rather than spending all their time foolishly spending all of our money.
