To assist businesses that have had to closed or had their services limited, the Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado has set up a Disaster Assistance loan fund with assistance from Montezuma County. Applications are being accepted through Friday for Montezuma County businesses needing between $1,000 and $10,000. All funds will be 0% interest for 12 months.
This is the second round of Disaster Assistance Loan applications which already helped five businesses in Montezuma County as well as a total of 28 regionwide.
Business assisted through these loans include:
Archuleta County: Cabe’s Collision, Pagosa Massage and Bodywork, Cross Fit Pagosa, Hotel SOCO, In Balance Therapy and Pagosa Central Management.La Plata County: Aldrich Art, Cliffside, Dancing Raven, Elk Point Lodge, Enliven, Euphoria Salon, Incognito Salon, Java Jitters, Ohana PT, Old Gold, Peaks and Tides, Performance Auto Repair, Remedy and Ski Barn.Montezuma County: KB Insurance, Mancos Brewing, Montezuma Mexican, Rudosky Golf and Top Line Floors.For application information and business support resources, email jenny@scan.org or visit www.scan.org.
