The Raising Readers Storytime program is held at 10:30 a.m. every Thursday at the Cortez Public Library, 202 N. Park St. A craft session is also offered at 11:15 a.m.

Storytime is also held at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday at the Cortez Farmers Market, weather permitting.

Thursday, Sept. 5 and Saturday, Sept. 7: All about me!

Thursday, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 14: Favorite author/illustrator Patricia Polacco.

Thursday, Sept. 19 and Saturday, Sept. 21: Apples.

Thursday, Sept. 26 and Saturday, Sept. 28: Community helpers.

The library offers songs, stories, crafts and silliness.
