On Monday, the Cortez Police Department shared photos of Delsin Gage Freeman, 18, who has an active warrant out for his arrest after his suspected involvement in the shooting near Empire Street on Sept. 15 that seriously injured 18-year-old Josilyn Mark.

Freeman is described as an Native American/Alaskan male who is 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

In October, Trinadie Lopez, 19, turned himself in to police Oct. 20 after news of his arrest warrant was released.

Zane Killsinsight, 18, was arrested about 4:18 p.m. the night of the shooting near West Empire and North Market Streets. He awaits his plea hearing on Dec. 12 at 10 a.m.

Lopez will also appear in court on Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. for his preliminary demand.

The Cortez Police Department asks that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Freeman contact the police department at 911 if it is an emergency tip, dispatch at (970) 565-8441 or through the Crimewatch app.
