The Montezuma County Commission is considering whether to allow marijuana advertising at fairground events such as the Home and Garden show and Ag Expo. Currently, the county has a ban on retail marijuana stores and commercial grow operations in unincorporated areas of the county. The fairground’s policy would have to be changed in order to ban marijuana advertising.
