Death not believed to be suspicious

A body was found at the Durango Dog Park by a dog that was being walked Saturday morning.
A man was found a little bit uphill from the entrance to the park around 9:30 a.m., La Plata County Coroner Jann Smith said.
Authorities do not believe the death is suspicious, she said.
The Durango man did have identification on him and the Durango Police Department is working to notify his family, she said.
