Most of us will agree that a parade is not complete without the beat of the drums and the toot of the horns. John Phillip Sousa would agree!

For 14 years, 4Corners Community Band directors Dani Long and Marc Allen – “Have sax will travel” – have performed in Rico’s famous Fourth of July parade. And, not satisfied, the members after the parade gather at the Fire House under canopy, to perform in concert for the crowd.

I would like to thank these dedicated members who gather themselves up (from whereever they live) and dedicate Independence Day to little Rico.
