9Health Fair will host a community health fair from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 20, at Montezuma-Cortez High School. Low-cost and free screenings will be available for adults and children. Adults can register online for a variety of screenings and tests. Free back-to-school screenings will be available for children.
To register for screenings, visit www.onlinereg.9healthfair.org.
The health fair also needs volunteers. Volunteer registration, as well as Interactive Educational Booth sign-up, are now open. Volunteers must complete a survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/2019Fair. All volunteers are eligible for 20 percent off their own screenings/blood draws.
